NSCN-KK clarifies peace stand
The Telegraph | Kohima, April 4:
A senior functionary of the NSCN (Khole-Kitovi), C. Singson, who has returned from Chiang Mai, Thailand, after attending a Naga reconciliation meeting where rival NSCN (Isak-Muivah) leaders were present, said trust among the top militant leaders has to be built so that all can be on board the peace process. Stating that five years of Naga reconciliation process was long enough, he regretted that still the leaders could not build absolute trust among themselves.
“Building trust among the leaders of political groups is a must to facilitate the reconciliation process and to work out a formula for the peace process with the Centre,” said Singson.
