Myanmar team returns visa-on-arrival gesture
The Telegraph | Imphal, April 4:
A visiting Myanmarese delegation told the Okram Ibobi Singh government that the neighbouring country would reciprocate India’s gesture by making arrangements for the issue of visas on arrival for visitors to the country at Tamu town, bordering Moreh in Manipur.
“The delegation assured us that the delegation from Sagaing Region of Myanmar will take up the issue of visa on arrival with the Union government at Yangon,” Gaikhangam told reporters after the meeting was over.
