Mobile services affected in Manipur

Private mobile services have been disturbed in Manipur following threat from militants. Those who sell recharge cards have also stopped supplying due to the fear of attack by militants, sources said.
A mobile recharge seller said he could not risk his life so he had stopped selling recharge coupons.
The problem is likely to continue until the standoff between mobile operators and the group is settled. The services of state-owned BSNL was, however, not affected.
