Hazy History
Moirangthem Minakshi Devi *
In life to gain growth, mankind though earn experience
Out of ancient or recent history,
Masses' fate awaits to meet a future full of mystery.
Yesterday's elegant events were a rosy relief.
Yet, many are now feeling a great grief.
Over what? We may anxiously ask.
But, explaining its logic is a tremendous task.
'Cause this is colourful, but a confusing land
Where goes hardly anything purely as planned.
People's tide rises high where for forcible rushing
Along or against rulings ways for rewards in life's racing,
Many though may not perceive what they are pursuing.
Stout souls who talk and dress so smartly,
They may, but, stick to their words so scarcely.
Shaky souls lots stay too busy or scatty to test the topic
Whilst creative activities continue amid opposition and confusion
Educing elements enough to evolve an eristic epic.
End of a leader's legendary era thus left behind a hazy history
Whilst feeble folk's future remains a mighty mystery.
