Delhi told to be cautious
The Telegraph | Khelen Thokchom | Imphal, Sept. 19:
City-based citizens' organisations today cautioned New Delhi against any venture to bring administrative division in Manipur while making a final agreement with the NSCN (Isak-Muivah).
"We appreciate the Centre's recognition of the long struggle by the NSCN (I-M). Anything good within the boundary of Nagaland will be welcomed. However, any step like pan-Naga structure or cultural integration that covers neighbouring states will not be accepted," United Committee Manipur (UCM) president Elangbam Johnson said.
