Centre wants to talk to all: Ravi
The Telegraph | Nishit Dholabhai | New Delhi, Aug. 13:

The interlocutor for Naga talks, R.N. Ravi, told The Telegraph that the Centre also wished to speak to other Naga rebel leaders, including S.S. Khaplang and Kitovi Zhimomi of the NSCN (Khole-Kitovi) group, before a final settlement is reached with the NSCN (I-M).
