At cemetary after eviction
The Telegraph | Imphal, July 14: :
Around 500 residents of Kabow Leikai, a small mixed community in Imphal, have been forced to take up residence at a Christian cemetery after being evicted by the government to “construct a five-star hotel”.
The Okram Ibobi Singh government was eyeing the area, also known as Naga River Lane, to lure investors to the state under the Look East policy.
