The Telegraph | Nishit Dholabhai | New Delhi, Nov. 3

NSCN (I-M) sources alleged that the forces have destroyed three of its camps in Myanmar where Hangshi Ramson, a senior "Naga Army" functionary, had stayed.
"Their main target is General Hangshi under the cover of operations against Khaplang and Meitei militants," said an NSCN source. "Why are they conducting operations when the talks are at a crucial juncture? You should ask the home ministry or the Prime Minister's Office," the functionary said.
