70 Orphans Provided Free Education in 10 Private Schools at Sangaiyumpham
Sangaiyumpham: the 21st Feb. 2017 reported by the Media Division of Dhanamanjuri Community College, D M College of Campus, Imphal
While the Government implement schemes of Free & Compulsory Education to every child of the nation under the RTE Act, 10 different Private Schools in and around the Sangaiyumpham area in Thoubal District, provided free education to 70 Orphans under the aegis of the Muslims Students Development Organisation (MSDO), Sangaiyumpham.
School Bags, Pens/Pencils, Exercise Books etc. were also distributed in a simple function organised by MSDO at Sangaiyumpham Higher Secondary School on the 21st February 2017 at 2 pm.
The Sangaiyumpham Zila Parishad Member Md Zunab Khan, Chief Executive Officer of WAKF Board Manipur Md Nejamuddin Khan, Director of DDU KAUSHAL Kendra DM Community College Dr Raheijuddin Sheikh, MOBEDS Project Director Salauddin Khan were some of the dignitaries attended in the function.
The orphans include parentless and fatherless who were selected during a brief survey conducted by the MSDO since the last one month.
