5 booked for alleged child trafficking in Manipur

Manipur police has registered a case against five persons, allegedly involved in sending 19 children from Ukhrul district among 23 from Manipur who were rescued recently from a Children’s Home in Jaipur, Rajasthan
As per the complaint lodged, Nganengmi Vashe of Teinem village, Leishipham Chamroy, Anderson Yangya of Paorei village, Leiyashim Lungleng of Paorei village, Grace Varsha wife of Songcham Varsha of Greenland, Ukhrul were responsible for sending the children to the unregistered children home in Jaipur.
