Seven Sisters Post | Probir Pramanik | New Delhi, Jan 10:
New Delhi has firmed up plans to invest $25 million for development in the rebel-infested and backward Sagaing Division of Myanmar close on the heels of similar projects in the neighbouring country.
Visiting chief minister of Sagaing Division U Tha told Seven Sisters Post that the Indian government has drawn up plans to make investments mainly in building schools and hospitals.
He added that $5 million would be released every year beginning from the current fiscal.
