Imphal, April 08: JAC constituted in connection with the death of L Uttamkumar today hanged the effigies of Chief Minister, Council of Ministers, Chief Secretary, DGP and SI John at a crowded place in Keishamthong, a press release said.

The JAC will continue its agitation until its demands are fulfilled, added the release.
