Imphal, January 27: A JAC has been instituted against the killing of Takhellambam Romes from Ithai Warukok, who was slain by unidentified gunmen on January 16 last at Meitram Awang Leikai.

The JAC has asked the concerned authority to clarify regarding the killing.

The JAC is all set to launch various agitation in case the Government fails to take any action regarding their demands, a release warned.
