Imphal, August 20: The proscribed KCP has claimed responsibility for opening fire at the residence of the owner of Mohon Motors Automobile at Naoremthong Khulem Leikai on August 17 at 9.40 pm.

In a statement self styled valley operation commander of the outfit, Leishemba Luwang said that the attack was carried out as the owner of the workshop violated the conditions laid down by the outfit and warned him to contact the outfit to settle matters before things take a turn for the worse.
