Imphal, October 01: Meetei Erol Eyek Loinasillol Apunba Lup (MEELAL) Kangleipak has strongly condemned the act of vandalising vehicles with registration numbers written in Meetei Mayek and said such hostile attitude is not to be found anywhere in the world.

In a statement, deputy secretary publicity of MEELAL Kh Chandrakanta Khuman also flayed the failure of the State Govet to arrest the attackers and said it only shows the inherent weakness of the Govt.The statement also appealed to the leaders of the hill people to advise the youngsters against indulging in such violent activities in future which might lead to direct confrontation between the hill and the valley people.

MEELAL further demanded to know the reaction of other communities living in the valley area on the act of vandalising the vehicles with registration numbers written in Meetei Mayek.
