In addition, after detection of two COVID-19 cases at JNIMS Hospital, the Male Surgery Ward (Medicine) and Antenatal Ward have been closed for 48 hours.

While one patient in the Male Surgery Ward (Medicine) ground floor who was admitted on August 3 as a case of Subdural Hematoma tested positive yesterday, another patient, a woman in the Antenatal Ward tested COVID positive late evening (yesterday) after normal delivery, said a memorandum issued by Professor T Rajen Singh, Medical Superintendent, JNIMS Hospital.
