IE district team trials for State Level Inter School Games from Oct 28

Imphal, October 21 2022: District Youth Affairs and Sports Office, Imphal East is set to conduct trials of U-14 and U-17 teams for various sports disciplines for preparation of district contingent for the State Level Inter School Games to be organised by Directorate of Youth Affairs and Sports.

The disciplines, trial dates and venues as enumerated by the DYASO, Imphal East are as follows :

Athletics: U-14 and U-17 boys and girls; Archery U-14, U-17 for both boys and girls; Badminton U-14, U-17 for both boys and girls and Baseball U-17 for both boys and girls.

Date of trial selection - October 28 to 30 Late date of entry form submission - October 25 .

For Boxing U-14 boys & U-17 boys and girls; Fencing U-14 and U-17 boys and girls; Cycling (Road) U-14 and U-17 boys and girls; Basketball U-17 for boys and girls, the trial selections will be held from October 30 to November 1.Late date of form submission October 28 .

For Football U-14, U-17 boys; Gymnastic U-14, U17 for boys and girls; Handball U-17 boys and girls and Hockey U-17 boys and girls, the trial will be held from November 10 to 13 and the last date of form submission is November 8 .

For Judo U-14, U-17 for boys and girls; Kabaddi U-17 boys and girls; Karate U-17 for boys and girls and Netball U-17 for boys and girls, the trial selection will be held from November 16 to 18 and the last date of form submission is November 10 .

For Shooting U-17 for boys and girls; Softball U-17 for boys and girls; Squash U-17 for boys and girls and Swimming U-14 U-17 for boys and girls, the trial selection will be held from November 20 to 22 and the last date of form submission is November 15 .

For Table Tennis U-14, U-17 for boys and girls; Taekwondo U-14, U-17 for boys and girls; Volleyball U-14, U-17 for boys and Weightlifting U-17 for boys and girls the trial selection will be held from November 25 to 27 and the last date of form submission is November 20 .

For Football U-17 girls; Wrestling freestyle U-14 boys &U-17, U-19 girls; Wrestling Greco Roman U-17 boys; Wushu U-19 boys and girls and Kho-Kho U-17 for boys and girls, the trial selection will be held from November 29 to December 1 and the last date of form submission is November 20 .

The trial selection for squash event will be held at St Anthony Higher Secondary School, Chingmeirong while the rest will be held at Khuman Lampak Sports Complex.
