Imphal, April 06 2022: The District Youth Affairs and Sports Officers of Imphal East, Imphal West and Chandel District has informed that the district offices concerned are set to organise district level "Subroto Mukerjee Football Tournaments" for U-14 boys and U-17 boys and girls will be conducted next month.

In a release, DYASO Imphal East urged all interested school players in Imphal East to collect entry forms from its office during office hours.

The last date of form submission is April 25, it said while adding that a medical check up will be held on April 26 at 7 am at the DYASO IE office.

Imphal West District Youth Affairs and Sports Officer, in a separate release informed that the district level tournament for the said age groups will be held from May 8 to 12 at Khuman Lampak Sports Complex Imphal.

Interested schools may collect eligibility or entry forms from the office of DYASO IW during office hours on all working days, it said while adding that the last date of form submission is April 27.Medical age verification of the players will be held on May 4 and 5 at 7.30 am at the premises of DYASO IW office.

DYASO Chandel also informed all concerned that the district level Subroto Mukerjee Football Tournament (U-14 boys, U-17 boys and girls) ahead of the State level and National level tournament in the last week of May.

DYASO Chandel further notified that the office is set to launch regular coaching of beginner players (10-16 yr boys and girls) of Judo and Kurash at Indoor Hall, Japhou Bazar (6-8 am) from April 25 .
