Handball: YLK to face MPSC in women's final

Imphal, May 14 2024: YLK played out a 23-23 draw with IMC to qualify for the women's final in the 46th Senior Men & Women State level Handball Championship 2024 on Tuesday.

YLK will square off against MPSC in the summit clash of the women's tournament on May 16, 2024 .

In the day's men's competition, MRC, YLK, MPSC and IMC emerged the victors.

MRC secured a 20-15 win over SSC as Sanjoy shone in their triumph, scoring 10 goals.

YLK, on the other hand, cruised past ESU 19-8 .

Raju led the rout, producing a 10-goal salvo for the winning side.

MPSC enjoyed a 16-9 drubbing of MRC courtesy of Robi (8), Bijoy (2), Ingocha (2) Saratchandra (2), Becker (1) and Hemanta (1).IMC thrashed OYO 32-19 with goals from Imocha (9), Milan (8), Lemba (5), Lamnganba (4), Prem (3), O Prem (1), Sushil (1) and Mayananda (1) .
