29th State Level Masters Athletic meet enters second days

Imphal, November 17 2009: The 29th State Level Manipur Masters' Athletic Meet-2009 being held at the Main Stadium, Khuman Lampak Sports Complex, Imphal has entered its second day today.

The Manipur Masters' Athletic Association (MMAA) organised the meet which was commenced from November 16 last.

It has been scheduled to complete on November 19 last.

In today's women's events, Th Api and Th Bina won the first and second places respectively in the 40+'s 200 m race.

Api covered the distance in 42.46 seconds while Bina covered in 42.69 seconds.

In 45+'s 200 m racing event, Kh Premlata and Kh Jamuna won the first and second places.

Premlata completed the distance in 37.17 seconds while Jamuna completed in 39.50 seconds.

In 50+'s 200 m racing event, N Tombi alone completed the distance in 59.07 seconds and won the first place.

A Manbi alone completed the distance in 55+'s 200 m racing event and won the first place.

She completed the distance in 42.10 seconds.

In 60+'s 200 m racing event, K Shyama, Y Bala and L Pramodini won the first, second and third places.

Shyama completed the distance in 40.26 seconds while Bala and Pramodini completed the distance in 45.29 and 53.69 seconds respectively.

N Tombimacha won the first place of 65+'s 200 m racing event by completing the distance in 47.17 seconds.

In 70+'s 200 m racing event, Y Sangabanabi won the first place by completing the distance in 50.70 seconds while O Rashi completed the distance in 54.20 seconds and won the second place.

In 75+'s 200 m racing event, A Sakhi alone completed the distance and won the first place.

She covered the distance in 55.03 seconds.

In women's discus throw events, W Phoni won the fisrt place of 35+ caegory by throwing a distance of 9.71 m.In 40+ category, Kh Shilla won the first place by covering 18.15m.KK Perinish won the first place in 45+ category by covering a distance of 17.16m.O Ganga and S Bijayalaxmi covered 15.27m and 15.45m and won the second and third places.

In 50+ category, L Bijayalakshmi covered a distance of 22.16m and won the first place.

A Bina and S Ibetombi won the second and third places by covering 16.13m and 14.05m.Th Binodini covered 12.13 m in 55+ category and won the first place.

In 65+ category, Th Kunjarani covered 16.73m and won the first place.

RK Dhanisana and S Satyabati covered 14.84m and 8.22m and won the second and third places respectively.

M Basumati won the first place in 70+ category by covering 12.36m while Th Dashu covered 9.74m and won the second place.

In 75+ category, N Momom won the first place by covering 13.34m.L Momonshija and K Mangol covered 12.81m and 9.30m and won the second and third places.

In women's shot put events, Kh Shilla, K Rose and Chingmile won the first, second and third places respectively in 40+ category.

In 45+ category, KK Perinish, A Premabati and O Ganga won the first, second and third places respectively.

A Bina and L Nilapadma won the first and second places in 50+ category.

In 55+ category, Th Binodini, W Thabalei and Th Jini won the first, second and third places respectively.

In 60+ category, K Athar, A Ibempishak and Sangma won the first, second and third places respectively.

Th Kunjarani and B Seityabati won the first and second places respectively in 65+ category.

M Basumati and Ayung Tampakleima won the first and second places respectively in 70+ category.

In 75+ category, N Momon, K Mangol and L Momonshija won the first, second and third places respectively.

In men's 200 m racing events, Kh Kanta wonthe first place in 40+ category.

Th Rajen won the first place in 45+ category.

M Ibungcha won the first place of 50+ category.

In 55+ categoiry, L Imocha and RK Sukumar won the first and second places respectively.

In 60+ category, Y Maheshkumar, Ng Nabachandra and L Bhubon the first, second and third places respectively.

In 65+ category, Ch Khelen and Th Nabakumar won the first and second places respectively.

In 70+ category M Matum won the first place.

In 75+ category, Kh Lalbabu won the first place.

In men's 5000m racing events, S Gunamani won the first place in 45+ category.

T Joy and Sh Surjakumar won the first and second places respectively in 50+ category.

In 55+ category, Md Najimmuddin and A Surchandra won the first and second places respectively.

In 60+ category, E Tondonsana won the first place.

In women's 5000m racing events, K Ibeyaima and O Gomti won the first and second places in 45 + category.

Th Akashini won the first place in 55+ category.

S Patamo won the first place in 60+ category.

In men's discus throw events, M Himat and O Chaoba won the first and second place in 45+ category.

S Thambal won the first place in 50+ category.

S Gojen won the first place in 55+ category.

In 65+ category, M Ibungcha, L Bhubon and Momba won the first, second and third places respectively.

In 65+ category, L Ibopishak, Md Amamuddin and Serto Samuching Kom won the first, second and third places respectively.

In 70+ category, K Nipamacha won the first place.

In 75+ category, M Abdul, K Ibohal and O Janendra won the first, second and third places respectively.

In 80+ category RK Budhisana won the first place.

In men's long jump events, M Bochou and Ph Nabachandra won the first and second places of 45+ category.

In 50+ category, Th muhor won the first place.

In 55+ category, AC Jayenta and S Gojen won the first and second places respectively.

In 65+ category W Manichandra and Th Yaiskul won the first and second places respectively.

In 70+ category T Bidhu won the first place.

In 75+ category K Ibohal won the first place.

In men's hammer throw events, M Himat won the first place of 45+ category.

In 55+ category L Ibomcha and Th Rajnikanta won the first and second places respectively.

In 60+ category, S Momba won the first place.

In 65+ category, Th Khelendro, L Biren and L Ibopishak won the first, second and third places respectively.

In 70+ category, M Abdul and O Janendra won the first and second places respectively.

RK Budhisana won the first place of 80+ category.

In women's shot put events, Kh Shila, K Rose and Chingmila won the first, second and third places of 40+ category repectively.

In 50+ category, H Bina and L Nilapadma won the first and second places respectively.

In 45+ category, KK Perinish, A Premabati and O Ganga won the first, second and third places respectively.

In 70+ category Ayung Tampakleima won the first place.

In 75+ category N Momon and M Ropobati won the first and second places respectively.
