RK Imo fetes U-15 Super Cup winning Sagolband United team

Imphal, August 10 2025: Sagolband AC MLA, RK Imo has today accorded a warm reception to the U-15 Sagolband United Football team who won the prestigious Super Cup recently in Bengaluru.

PRO to the MLA in a press release said that RK Imo extended heartfelt congratulations to the young champions appreciating their hard work, discipline, and determination that led to the remarkable achievement.

Addressing the team, he encouraged the players to treat the achievement as a stepping stone towards greater success and urged them to strive even harder to compete at the National level and beyond, it said.

The MLA also highlighted the importance of maintaining a proper and nutritious diet, refraining unhealthy food and drinks and never becoming complacent with early success, it said.

The MLA emphasized that consistent effort, discipline, and focus are essential to achieving long-term goals, it said.

As a gesture of encouragement and support, the MLA handed over a sum of Rs 50,000 to the team officials for the welfare and development of the players.
