Imphal, May 08 2025: Southern Sporting Union (SSU) thrashed All Moirang Football Association 4-0 in one of today's league matches of the 2nd Premier League 2025-26.At the Artificial Turf Ground at Lamlong Thongkhong, Robert Usham scored the first goal for SSU in the 21st minute.

Sorokhaibam Amitkumar Singh scored the second in the 26th minute for SSU to lead 2-0 at the end of the half time.

The second half also saw SSU dominating the field with Ningombam Kabiraj scoring the third goal for the team in the 81st minute.

The 3-0 lead was extended further by Maisnam Biken Meitei, who found the net in the 90+2 minute.

In an earlier match at the same ground, the Youth Social Welfare Association (YSWA) and NISA played a 1-1 draw match.

Goldenson Jackson Singh scored the goal for YSWA in the 69th minute.

To YSWA's disappointment, Konsam Angamba Meitei found the equalizer for NISA in the 90+1 minute.
