Brothers FC beat 13 Stars YDA 2-0 in TKWA Trophy

Imphal, May 08 2022: Brothers FC, Kwakeithel beat 13 Stars YDA, Khangabok as NFC, Nilakuthi drew 2-2 with YP FC, Old Checkon in today's Group H League matches of the ongoing TKWA Trophy.

In the 31st match of the tournament, Brother FC found the breakthrough via Amarjit in the 13th minute before Joel sealed the deal with another goal in the 24th minute.

Meanwhile in a keenly contested game, YP FC came back from two goals down to pull level.

After a barren first half, NFC went ahead in the 33rd minute with Kh Sanamacha finding the target before A Sanathoi doubled the advantage in the 41st minute.

However, L David halved the margin for YP FC with a fine strike in the 42nd minute and S Prikanta found the equaliser in the 48th minute to make it 2-2 till the end.
