Imphal, December 13 2021: Manipur team have won a gold and a silver medal in the 41st Junior National Rowing Championship held at Pune under the aegis of Rowing Federation of India.

The pair of Thangjam Priya and Haobijam Tendenthoi won Manipur a gold medal in the girls double scull event.

Meanwhile, Huidrom Malemyaima and Oinam Bharti won the silver in the coxless pair event to take the State's tally to two.

The State team is led by M Anilkumar as team manager and S Rameshwar Singh as coach.
