Imphal, May 08 2025: Wangjing United FC JR and Mukhai FC Thoubal emerged victorious in today's matches of Maipakpi Memorial Trophy 2025 at City Club Ground, Heirok Litan Makhong.

Wangjing United FC JR beat Yairipok FC 5-1 .

Eta Khan scored the first goal of the match for Yairipok FC in the 30th minute.

However, Wangjing United players were able to exploit their weak defensive line and fire a volley of five goals.

Y Peter emerged the top scorer with 3 goals while Rajboy Khuman scored 2.Y Peter scored the equalizer in the 33rd minute and scored the other two goals in the match's 38th and 63rd minute.

Rajboy scored his two in the 41st and 54th minute.

In an earlier match, Mukhai FC Thoubal beat SDO Singjamei 1-0.Jackson Ch scored the lone and winning goal for Mukhai FC Thoubal in the match's 5th minute.
