9th Mr Thoubal 2025 : Chingkheinganba, Naresh seal senior, junior bodybuilding titles

Imphal, August 03 2025: Athokpam Chingkheinganba of Sajel Culture, Athokpam and Sougrakpam Naresh ofE volution Fitness, Athokpam emerged bodybuilding winners in the senior and junior categories in the 9th Mr Thoubal District Bodybuilding Competitions 2025 held at Sandabung community hall, Athokpam.

The district level competition was organised by the Body Builders Association of Thoubal in collaboration with Phura Keithel Development Committee under the aegis of the All Manipur Body Builders Association.

26 athletes of Thoubal district representing different gyms competed in the bodybuilding competition for junior, senior and physically challenged categories and Men's sports physique.

In the senior category bodybuilding competition, Chingkheinganba finished atop as Mainam Nivarshan of Evolution Fitness; Khoirom Bikramjit of Maker Gym, Yairipok; and Maibam Jenivas of Maker Gym finished 2nd, 3rd and 4th.Meanwhile in the junior category event, Naresh sealed the top spot as Khoirom Bikramjit of Maker Gym and Maibam Jenivas of Maker Gym finished second and third respectively.

Saikhom Raj of Oriental Gym, Yairipok meanwhile finished fifth in the event.

Naorem Jayenta of Royal Fitness Academy, Thoubal meanwhile claimed the physically challenged category tide.

Pibathoi clinches men's sports physique title

Moirangthem Pibathoi in the meantime won the men's sports physique title emerging on top of the competition that saw participation of 14 athletes.

Finishing second in the same competition was Tourangbam Leonard of Evolution Fitness as Waheengbam Bikendra of Sajel Culture, Athokpam; Khudongbam Michael of Sajel Culture, and Md Irfan Hussain of Soraisam Sports, Langthabal sealed 3rd, 4th and 5th places respectively.
