Manipur win five medals at Masters' Swimming Cship

Imphal, November 26 2021:
State swimmers bagged five medals including two gold on the first day of the 17th National Masters' Swimming Championship 2021 which got underway at St Aloysius College Swimming Pool, Mangalore, Karnataka.
Salam Jayenta Singh won the gold medal in the 50m breaststroke event (41-45 yrs) while Ksh Mangi Singh claimed the gold in the 100m butterfly competition (71-75 yrs) .
Manipur added three silver medals to their tally courtesy of Sapam Muhindro Singh (100m free-style/71-75 yrs), Huirem Gojen Singh (50m break-stroke/55-59 yrs) and L Santosh Singh (50m breast-stroke/30-34 yrs) .
