IMKKL,APC, CPC victorious in DGAR Polo Championship

Imphal, January 25 2025: Ibudhou Maning Khupham Kanba Lup (IMKKL) and Arbind Polo Club emerged victorious in the men's fixtures of the 1st DGAR Polo Championship 2025 on Saturday.

IMKKL claimed a 7-4 triumph over Kangleipak Polo Club.

Pritam made the most of the match, hammering home five goals for IMKKL, with teammates Premananda and Sankar chipping in with one goal each.

The losing side scored through Ksh Naoba, who grabbed a double, Prakash Bhandari and N Ranjan.

The other match saw Arbind PC overcome a stiff challenge from Rupkumar Polo Club to grind out a 4-3 win.

Laishram Abinash and Ak Ibomcha both scored a pair of goals in their victory.

For RPC, Sarangthem Abung got a double and Umesh Gurung scored one.

In the women's fixture, Chingkheihunba Polo Club romped past MPSC10-0.Nee-lu Rk led the rout with four goals, while Th Tanna struck in a treble, Felicia scored a double and Irom Sangeeta contributed a goal.
