LYS Gym, PBBPTC claim titles at State Bench Press Championship

Imphal, January 05 2025: LYS The Gym clinched the men's overall team title, while PBBPTC claimed the women's overall crown at 13th State Level Sub-Junior, Junior, Senior and Masters Men and Women Bench Press Championship 2024, which wrapped up on Sunday.

PBBPTC's Hanjabam Hritikraj Sharma was named as the best lifter in the men's category, while LYS The Gym's Thangjam Leima Chanu walked home with the women's best lifter award.

The championship witnessed the participation of 80 lifters representing eight gyms across the state, competing in various categories, including sub-junior, junior, senior, and masters.
