Imphal, November 08 2024: CDC, CYLC, YOSC, NSU and Senapati registered victories on the third day of the 2nd CYLC State Open Basketball Championship 2024.CDC delivered a dominant performance, defeating Bonther with ease by a score of 55-28 .

The team maintained a consistent lead throughout the game, outscoring their opponents in each quarter: 16-7, 13-10, 14-4, and 12-4 .

In other men's matches, CYLC-B overcame KEGE with a 58-45 victory.

CYLC-B capitalised on their solid teamwork and defensive strategies to maintain a steady lead throughout the game.

Similarly, YOSC delivered a convincing 56-28 win over Bonther, continuing their dominance in the tournament with a well-rounded performance.

NSU, on the other hand, triumphed over St Xavier's, clinching a 55-42 victory.

The women's division featured a tightly contested game between Senapati and ESU.

In a nail-biting finish, Senapati managed to secure a narrow 32-30 victory, highlighting their resilience and determination in a closely fought encounter.

Despite ESU's strong challenge, Senapati held their composure, ultimately securing the win.
