Night football: KMT Khongngam, KMC Imphal enter round of 22

Kangpokpi, November 16 2021: KMT Khongngam and Kuki Modern College Imphal booked joined other teams in the round of 22 of the ongoing Kuki Football Academy's Open Night Football Tournament held at D Phaihel village.

Eighteen teams qualified for the round of 22 before Monday's matches.

KMT Khongngam beat Saikotjang Youth Club 2-0 as Paominlal (20th) and Tongminhao (43rd) scored the winning side.

In the second match between Kuki Modern College Imphal and Y Langkhong Youth Club, the Imphal side narrowly won the match via tie break after both had a 2-2 draw during the normal time.

Hemginsei:(33rd) and Lenboi (40th) scored for Kuki Modern College Imphal while Manggoulen (55th) and Jangkhopao (59th) scored for Langkhong.

After Monday's matches, only two teams are left to complete for the round of 22 which will begin from November 17 .
