Imphal, August 03 2025: Chingkheinganba Athokpam claimed Mr Thoubal 2025 title at the 9th Thoubal District Bodybuilding Contest, held at Sandabung Community Hall on Sunday.

The competition featured 26 athletes from across Thoubal, representing 11 different gyms.

Participants competed across four categories: Physically challenged, men's sports physique, junior, and senior divisions.

In a commanding display of physique, symmetry, and stage presence, Chingkheinganba Athokpam clinched the coveted Mr Thoubal 2025 title in the senior bodybuilding category.

Representing Sajel Culture Gym, Athokpam, Chingkheinganba impressed the judges with exceptional muscle definition, balanced proportions, and confident posing.

He was followed closely by Nivarshan Main-am of Evolution Fitness, Athokpam, who took second place, while Khoirom Bikramjit Singh of Maker Gym, Yairipok, secured third place.

In the junior category, Naresh Sougrakpam Meitei of Evolution Fitness secured first place, followed by Khoirom Bikramjit Singh and Maibam Jenivas Singh, both from Maker Gym.

The men's sports physique segment saw Pibathoi Moirangthem (Muscle 360, Khongjom) claim first place, while Tourangbam Leonard Singh (Evolution Fitness) and Wahengbam Bikendra Singh (Sajel Culture) took second and third.

Naorem Jayenta Singh (Royal Fitness Academy, Thoubal) triumphed in the Physically Challenged category.

The annual event was organised by the Body Builders Association of Thoubal in collaboration with the Phura Keithel Development Committee (PKDC), under the aegis of the All Manipur Body Builders Association (AMBBA) .
