Imphal, August 01 2022: Triathlon Association of Manipur (TAM) will conduct a selection trial for both boys & girls/Men & Women at Khuman Lampak Sports Complex at 7 am on August 13 for participation in the Junior & Senior Triathlon Championship 2022 to be organised by Indian Triathlon Federation (ITF) in Udaipur and for the 36th National Games 2022 in Gujarat in September.

In a release, TAM secretary Jayananda Sharma informed that aU triathletes can participate in the selection trial which will include sprint distance for both junior (16 & 17 years age) and 750 m swimming, 20 km biking and 5 km run for senior (18 above) .

On the other hand, only the triathletes who are qualified as per the rules and regulation and guidelines issued by ITF can participate in the Selection trial for the 36th National Games 2022.Only two top winners will be selected from men and women category each for the National Games, it said.
