MUFA pip YWC to seal U13 ASMITA City Football League 2025-26 title

Imphal, August 03 2025: MUFA overcame a spirited challenge from YWC (Th) to earned a hard-fought 1-0 victory in the final of the U13 ASMITA City Football League 2025-26 .

The match, organised by the All Manipur Football Association (AMFA), took place on Sunday at Artificial Turf Ground, Lamlong Thongkhong.

Sayani emerged as the match-winner, scoring the decisive goal in the 5th minute after MUFA weathered relentless pressure from their dogged opponents.

Earlier in the semifinals, MUFA cruised past ICSA 3-0, with goals from Sayani (14'), Malemnganbi (25+1'), and Merinda (32') .

Meanwhile, YWC (Th) delivered a dominant performance against ESU, thrashing them 6-1 .

The scorers for YWC were Martina (4'), L Russia (15'), A Roshina (24'), Linthoi Y (35'), and H Victoria (36', 47') .

Lakhipyari (49') netted a consolation goal for ESU .

A total of eight teams participated in the one-day competition.
