Judo champ Linthoi felicitated

Imphal, August 31 2022: Judoka Linthoi Chanambam, who won a historic gold medal at the World Cadet Judo Championship in Sarajevo and became the first Indian to win across any age group competition in judo, was felicitated by Leishangthem Bobby, his family and friends at his Khurai Sajor Leikai residence on Wednesday.

Bobby is the elder brother of CAF & PD minister L Susindro.

Bobby also presented a cash incentive of Rs 50,000 to the 16-year-old Judoka, who scripted history in such a young age, as an act of encouragement for her future endeavour.

Those present at the felicitation function wished her success in her future events and bring more laurels to the state and the country as well.
