The star performer of the final day was Kalpana (Light fly 48kg), who outplayed her opponent NGO Thi Phuong of Vitenam from the word go, eventually beating the latter by 10-2 .
L Sarita Devi (Light Bantam 52 kg) too displayed good performance though her oppenent Ren Cancan of China was equal to the task.
Sarita won the bout following a tie.
Nagishetty too mainatined the momentum and got India the third gold of the competition.
"Though I am happy with my performance here as I had made a comeback after a hiatus of two years, I must admit that I need to work on my fitness more," MC Mary kom, who is married and mother of twin sons conceded while talking to this correspondent after her bout.

Feather 57kg: Imanbayeva Zhulduzay (KAZ) lost to Nagisetty Usha (IND) 7-1 .

Though India started its hunt for medal in a disappointing manner with three-time world champion MC Mary Kom losing to OK Jong of People's Republic of Korea (PRK) 4-1 in the opening bout, Kalpana Chowdhury, L Sarita Devi and Nagishetty Usha rose to the occasion securing three gold medals for the host nation in the 4th Asian Women's Boxing Championship which concluded here today.
