1st MNCA Men's U-23 Cricket : RULE, Al-Ameen emerge victorious, rain disrupts KSDO-PTRC match

RULE Meitram, Al-Ameen emerged victorious in today's matches of the 1st MNCA Men's U-23 Haobam Biramangol Singh Memorial Tournament 2023-24, a league match between KSDO Kiyamgei and PTRC Patsoi-IV was disrupted by rain forcing the teams to share points.
RULE Meitram vs TRAU Kwakeithel
At Oriental College ground, Imphal, RULE beat TRAU by 144 runs.
RULE won the toss and opted to bat first to score 223 runs for 7 wickets in 40 overs.
Senjenbam Suresh scored 107 runs off 30 balls and remained not out.
Sunil Kumar scored 26 runs off 44 balls and Jay Singh scored 20 runs off 30 balls.

TRAU's Preethson Arubam took 3 wickets.
Mutum Swabhiman took 2 wickets and Subham Raut took one wicket.
TRAU's chase, however, ended scoring only 79 for 10 wickets in 24.3 overs.
Ishorchandra Loitongbam scored the highest for TRAU--16 runs off 14 balls.
RULE's Rojit Singh Angomcha downed 6 wickets.
Jay Singh and Indrakumar Singh Sanjenbam took one wicket each.
Al-Ameen Lilong vs YWC Langthabal
Al-Ameen won the match against YWC by 20 runs at Moijing Public Ground, Thobal.
Al-Ameen players batted first and scored 150 runs for 10 wickets in 34.2 overs.
Md Raeesh Khan scored 35 runs off 43 balls.
Boboicha Singh Thokchom scored 32 runs off 26 balls and Md Karim knocked 30 runs off 53 balls.
YWC's Soubam Robinson Singh took 5 wickets.
Maibam Subash Singh and Y Vivek Singh took 2 wickets each and Yumnam Athouba took 1 wicket.
YWC put in best efforts but their chase ended in 35.5 overs scoring only 130 for 10 wickets.
Heisnam Manikanta Singh scored 28 runs off 45 balls, and Ngangbam Bingson Singh scored 22 off 31 .
Al-Ameen's FM Sakil Ahamed and Nawaz took 3 wickets each, and Md Karim took 2 wickets.

KSDO Kiyamgei vs PTRC Patsoi-IV
The match at Public Ground Khangabok Part-III Cherapur saw KSDO batting first and scoring 146 for 10 wickets in 30.5 overs.
When it was PTRC's turn to bat, rain disrupted the match and forced both teams to share points.
Md Shah Jahan scored the most runs for KSDO--29 off 56 .
Md Akhtar Rahman scored 23 runs off 11 balls.
Alfat scored 22 runs off 13 balls.
PTRC's Laitonjam James Singh, Tamarland Pheiroijam, Khaidem Joyraj Meitei and Henba Paonam took 2 wickets each.
