3rd MNCA Women's U-19 Cricket : FORCE Kshetrigao, YPHUC Lalambung emerge victorious

Imphal, May 08 2025: FORCE Kshetrigao and YPHUC Lalambung emerged victorious in today's league matches of the 3rd MNCA Women's U-19 One Day Trophy 2024-25 .

FORCE Kshetrigao beat SHADOW Thangmeiband by 45 runs and YPHUC Lalambung beat PCC Mayaikoibi by 3 wickets.

FORCE vs SHADOW

At THAU Ground Thangmeiband, Imphal, FORCE won the toss and opted to bat first to score 106 runs for 10 wickets in 18 overs.

SHADOW failed to reach the target and succumbed at 61 runs for 10 wickets in 19.1 overs.

Barkatun Khanam emerged the top run-scorer for FORCE.

She knocked 8 fours and 3 sixes to score a total of 59 runs off 31 balls.

Sumeiya Shahni (5 runs off 11 balls), Neha (runs off 7 balls), Rahmatun Khanam (8 runs off 16 balls), Mehanaz (1 run off 3 balls), Kh Rukshad (7 runs off 17 balls), Sadiya Sahani (1 run off 6 balls) and Wakila Shani (1 run off 12 balls) contributed runs to FORCE'S 106 runs in 18 overs.

Saniya (not out), E Firdos Hasina and Ramisha scored zero runs.

SHADOW's Priyanshee Hanglem took a massive 7 wickets while her team-mates, Kebriya Devi Sapam and Wahengbam Priyabati Devi dismissed one wicket each.

In SHADOW'S failed chase for the target, only Victoria Thokchom (16 runs off 12 balls) could score a double-digit run.

Kebriya Devi Sapam (8 runs off 18 balls), Moirangthem Nirupama (4 runs off 11 balls), Smita Kangabam (2 runs off 9 balls), Priyanshee Hanglem (6 runs off 34 balls), Wahengbam Priyabati Devi (2 runs off 3 balls) and Condoleeza Gangmei (1 run off 3 balls) failed to make meaningful contributions.

W Yaiphabi Devi (not out), Yambem Joshi, Sochong and Salina Seram scored zero.

E Firdos Hasia helped FORCE dismantle SHADOW by taking 3 wickets.

Rahmatun Khanam and Barkatun Khanam took 2 wickets each.

Sadiya Sahani dismissed one wicket.

YPHUC vs PCC

At SEDOC Ground, Kongba Dhobi Lampak Imphal, PCC won the toss and opted to bat.

The team scored 129 runs for 10 wickets in 23.4 overs.

In reply, YPHUC scored 130 runs for 7 wickets in 29 overs to win the match.

In PCC's knock of 129 runs, only Okram Yashica Devi (30 runs off 50 balls), Keithellakpam Katrina Devi (18 runs off 28 balls) and Manithoi Salam (12 runs off 23 balls) made meaningful contributions.

Hemam Lingjen Devi (5 runs off 11 balls), Deeva Ch (8 runs off 14 balls) and Nongthombam Langlenthoibi (4 runs off 12 balls) failed to meet the team's expectations.

Rajluxmi Sairem, Soubam Bidya Devi, Tayal Chirom, Kebisana Devi Puyam and Taiseelngambi Chabungbam scored zero.

YPHUC's Loktongbam Terina Devi took 3 wickets.

Joyshree Charoibam and Sarangthem Ester Devi took 2 wickets each.

Tongbram Nilky Devi and Eriklembi Soubam dismissed one wicket.

In YPHUC's chase, Tongbram Nilky Devi knocked 12 fours and scored a massive 63 runs off 62 balls.

Joyshree Charoibam (12 runs off 29 balls), Japan Irom (4 runs off 9 balls), Sarangthem Ester Devi (1 run off 15 balls), Loktongbam Terina Devi (6 runs off 15 balls), Erikleima Soubam (2 runs off 16 balls), Takhellambam Liklai Chanu (1 run off 23 balls) and Tekcham Roshini (2 runs off 18 balls) contributed runs.

PCC's Nongthombam Langlenthoibi Chanu and Manithoi Salam took 2 wickets each.

Hemam Lingjen Devi and Keithellakpam Katrina Devi dismissed one wicket each.
