Thoubal, February 02 2025: Certificate of commendation was presented to Thoubal deputy commissioner Ahanthem Subhash by chief secretary Prasant Kumar during the valedictory programme of the 36th National Road Safety Month organised by the Transport Department on Saturday at City Convention Centre, Imphal.

The certificate was presented in appreciation of Thoubal DC's successful implementation of the Hit and Run Motor Vehicle Scheme in the state along with facilitating swift payment of compensation of Rs 2 lakh each to families of two accident victims.
