Raincoats distributed to VDF personnel

Imphal, July 30 2025: Imphal West District VDF Employees' Welfare Association under the aegis of Imphal West SP Ksh Shivakanta Singh distributed rain coats to VDF personnel deployed for duty for the Durand Cup, 2025 football tournament on Wednesday.

In a release, the association stated that the distribution is part of its commitment to support development and address the needs of VDF personnel.

It noted that due to low monthly honorarium, many are unable to afford basic necessities, which the association has been providing.

It added that such initiatives will continue in the future.
