Imphal, July 06 2009: 17 Assam Rifles provided manpower and mechanical assistance in repairing of Lambui Shakpao road.

The road has now become safe for vehicular traffic, a press release of PRO Hqs IGAR (S) said.

The release further said that a playlet was staged at Shakpao to give awareness on drug abuse and illicit trafficking in connection with the observance of International Day on Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.
