Imphal, March 03 2025: Naharol Sahitya Premi Samiti, Imphal observed the 135th birth anniversary of Dr Lamabam Kamal along with a poets' meet at Dr Kamal Literary Complex, Langthabal Kunja on Monday.

The observance was attended by Sahitya Akademi awardee Rajkumar Bhubonsana as chief guest and Naharol Sahitya Premi Samiti president Naoroibam Indramani as president.

Samiti general secretary Dr Huitem Tomba was also present on the occasion.

As part of the observance, a poets meet was also held, along with offering of floral tributes to the portrait of Dr Kamal.
