Imphal, February 01: KNO/KLA information and publicity secretary Armstrong Gangte today said the finance incharge of the outfit's Div-II identified as J Singson has been stripped off his responsibility with effect from today.

He also claimed that one Ngambawm is the sole person authorised to deal with all financial matters of the organisation.
