Cycle rally spreads cleanliness message

Thoubal, September 27 2024: As a part of the Swachhata Hi Seva, Thoubal Municipal Council (TMC) organised a mass cycle rally in and around Thoubal Bazar on Friday with the participants carrying placards inscribed with slogans like 'Let's make Thoubal clean', 'Don't throw waste around', 'Segregate waste and dispose properly', 'My waste, my responsibility,' 'Ban single use plastics,' etc.

Speaking on the occasion, TMC sanitary inspector Sougrakpam Roben appealed to the people residing in areas under its jurisdiction to subscribe the door-to-door waste collection and help in making Thoubal a neat and clean place.
