Imphal, January 27, 2011: MLA Dr I Ibohalbi is no longer a member of the MPP.

With regard to the seizure of his membership, MPP general secretary (organisation) Kh Ibomcha issued an office memorandum today.

According to the office memorandum sent to the MPP Legislature wing leader, Assembly Secretariat, ECI and the CEO, Dr Ibohalbi's membership has been seized with immediate effect for disregarding the party in addition to not renewing his membership for three consecutive years.
