Priority testing in affected localities: O Lukhoi

Imphal, June 03 2021: Agriculture minister O Lukhoi has said that mass testing programme in respect of Wangoi assembly constituency will be taken up by prioritising localities with multiple positive cases.

The minister was inspecting a mass testing programme held at Wangoi Makha Leikai community hall on Thursday, where he appealed to the public to come out and get tested in order to break the transmission chain of Covid-19 .

Maintaining that early diagnosis and early treatment is the key to overcoming the virus, he appealed to all to get tested if they feel unwell or if they are suspicious of coming in contact with any positive patients.
