Police pick up CCL on molest charge

Imphal, May 27 2024: A team of Imphal East women police station picked up one Child in Conflict with Law (CCL) for allegedly molesting a three-and-half year old girl in an Imphal East district area.

According to a police report, the CCL reportedly molested the minor on May 25 .

Both the CCL.

and the minor reside in the same village.

After the family of the victim filed a complaint, Imphal East Women PS registered a POCSO case and picked up the CCL on Sunday.

He was produced before JJB Imphal East on Monday.
