Senapati, June 22 2015 : Sitting caretaker Chairman of Sadar Hills ADC, Haokholal Hangshing has been elected the leader of 17 elected INC Members and one Independent member, Sadar Hills ADC during a meeting held at Hotel Imphal today.

The meeting which was attended by Congress MLAs, resolved to pursue authorities concerned to take-up necessary action for formation of the Council.
