Imphal, August 27: Manipur Pollution Control Board Employees Association submitted a memorandum to MPCB chairman and principal secretary of Forest and Environment urging to appoint a full time member secretary for the board.

The memorabdum said that it has been the experience of the board to have difficulties for having part time Member Secretary, who also acts as the ex-officio Conservation of Forests deputed from the State Forest Department for a short term like one year or two.
