AR promotes Covid Appropriate Behaviour

Imphal, May 22 2021: In view of increasing cases of Covid-19 across the country and state, Tengnoupal Battalion of Assam Rifles along with 165 TA promoted Covid Appropriate Behaviour at Sita village on Friday.

During the programme, villagers were explained the significance of social distancing, proper sanitisation, maintaining hygiene and prompt actions to be taken during emergencies, informed a PRO IGAR (S) release.

The event culminated with distribution of sanitizers, masks and ration to villagers.

The village chief highly appreciated the efforts made by Assam Rifles and also requested to continue such assistance in the future, added the release.
